“Ukraine and Europe: Solidarity and Perspectives”

“Security cannot simply be proclaimed; it must be prepared.” On the occasion of Europe Day in Le Havre, Stand With Ukraine was pleased to co-organise and moderate a conference at Sciences Po Le Havre entitled “Ukraine and Europe: Solidarity and Perspectives.” At the opening, Caroline Leclercq, Deputy Mayor for Culture and International Relations of Le Havre, described the cooperation between Le Havre and Mariupol, illustrated in particular by the recent visit of Édouard Philippe to Kyiv and the "La Cantine de Marioupol" project. The one between Le Havre and Mariupol is one of them.On Tuesday, May 26, on the sidelines of the 4th International Summit of Cities and Regions in Kyiv, the Mayor of Le Havre, Édouard Philippe, met once again with his Mariupol counterpart, Vadym Boychenko.
