At the Halle aux Poissons in Le Havre, the 11 Ukrainian trainees brilliantly showcased their skills to around sixty participants, project partners, and local residents. It was a moment rich in sharing and commitment centered around gastronomy.
For the occasion, Thierry Marx, renowned chef, came specially to meet our trainees and to interact with the people of Le Havre present at lunchtime. An engaged chef and former soldier, Thierry Marx perfectly embodies the values of humanity and solidarity, especially towards the Ukrainian people.

The first exchanges between the city of Palaiseau and that of Boyarka took place in December 2023, and the friendship between the two cities has continued to grow ever since. To nurture these ties, Grégoire de Lasteyrie, mayor of Palaiseau, traveled to Kyiv for the International Summit of Cities and Regions on June 6, 2025. He also represented the Île-de-France region in his capacity as vice-president and participated in the signing of an agreement between the Kyiv and Chernihiv oblasts regarding the training of local officials in European programs.

Under a bright sun and in a joyful atmosphere, our Ukrainian interns enthusiastically participated in Gambade - Balade gourmande dans l'Estuaire, a major gourmet hike organized every early summer in Normandy.The event celebrates the landscapes, products, and talents of the Seine estuary through a journey punctuated by six culinary stops, from appetizers to dessert, created by Norman chefs and served in iconic locations.
