Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, standing amid the rubble.
September 7, 2025
A few hours after the Russian attack that struck the government building in Kyiv, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko stands in the middle of the debris. Part of the building is now torn open and charred.
In the face of the Kremlin’s refusal to negotiate, this requires concrete actions:
Immediately strengthen air defense to protect civilians and vital infrastructure
Toughen sanctions to deprive Russia of the oil and gas revenues that fund its aggression
Ukraine’s security is Europe’s security. Let us remain united and determined.
