Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s)

Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s), founded by chef Thierry Marx, is a network of vocational schools providing training in the culinary arts, baking, pastry-making, and hospitality service, with a strong focus on professional integration. As part of the La Cantine de Marioupol project, Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s) is a key partner of Stand With Ukraine, providing training for Ukrainian beneficiaries and contributing to the development of future training programmes in Dnipro.
