During the Ukraine Recovery and Reconstruction Conference held in Gdańsk, Poland, 160 agreements worth more than €10 billion were signed.

These commitments include, in particular, €3.2 billion under a new European Union financial instrument, a $3.4 billion agreement with the World Bank, as well as the launch of the flagship European Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine.

New investments were also announced in housing, transport, infrastructure and energy resilience.

This is a strong signal: while Russia continues its war of aggression, Kyiv’s partners are already preparing for the country’s reconstruction and reaffirming their commitment to Ukraine’s European future.
