The pop-up restaurant La Cantine de Mariupol opened its doors today in the heart of La Halle aux Poissons, an iconic landmark in the city of Le Havre.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Every Wednesday and Friday at noon until the end of July, the people of Le Havre are invited to come and have lunch there.<\/p>\n

On the menu: quality French cuisine, prepared by Ukrainian trainees trained by the teams of chef Thierry Marx and Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s), in partnership with the Lyc\u00e9e des M\u00e9tiers de l’H\u00f4tellerie et des Services Jules Le Cesne, the City of Le Havre, the city of Mariupol, and the Embassy of Ukraine in France.<\/p>\n

Starter: Trout and beetroot gravlax<\/p>\n

Main dish: Saut\u00e9ed hunter’s chicken, buttered orecchiette and braised fennel<\/p>\n

Dessert: Coffee cream, served with a coffee<\/p>\n
